Get to know who we are and what we do
Feed My People – Family and Community is a distinguished Christian Charity Organization that has been dedicated to serving humanity for several years. Our journey began with a profound belief that every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, deserves love, compassion, and support. Firmly guided by Jesus’ teachings, we embarked on a mission to uplift the lives of those in need and strive towards a better, more equitable world.
I founded Feed My People Family and Community Organization (FMP) in October 2020 after receiving a calling from God years earlier to start an organization that would help feed and care for those in need. Though the calling first came to me back in 2015, it wasn’t until that fateful day in August 2020 when the Holy Spirit spoke to me again that I felt compelled to act on this vision. With the support of our local No Frills grocery store, we held FMP’s first food drive in their parking lot on October 11, Canada’s Thanksgiving Day.
This allowed us to provide food and other aid to members of our community for the first time, fulfilling our mission of demonstrating God’s love by meeting basic needs. Over the past two years since then, FMP has continued serving the community through food drives, distribution of necessities, and sharing the Word of God. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m excited to see how God will continue to use FMP to make a difference.
I’m very greatful for my Pastor’s support on my journey in feeding the people with the word of God, food and other personal necessities. Destiny and dominion word Ministries provides Feed My People with pamlets, brochures and flyers to distribute to the people to bring them hope and to direct them to Christ. Pastor Marcus has been a strong and positive role model in building up oneself, loving others as Christ love the church, serving other and winning souls for the kingdom of God. Thanks to Pastor Marcus, Destiny and Dominion word Ministries family, the leadership team and volunteers who have donated monetarily, gave goods to support Feed My People Community Outreach programs, and events
